HostHelpr is an online marketplace that connects rental property hosts with local companies that specialize in servicing short term rentals. Many people get into the short term rental business thinking that it will run itself. Due to this misconception, many hosts struggle with managing their properties and making them profitable. HostHelpr was poised to bring value and order to tens of thousands of AirBNB and VRBO hosts around the country.

While HostHelpr knew they wanted to target these hosts, they did not know how to reach them and sell them on their service. I worked with the founder to create detailed a detailed customer avatar and a compelling buying narrative that laid the framework for future marketing and sales.
